Meet Mushi Vered
Mushi Vered is President and CEO–International of Vered Hasharon Travel Group, a multigenerational destination management company with roots in Israel and an operational network extending across Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and beyond.
Tourism is both Mushi’s profession and part of his family story. His father, Uzi Vered, was one of the early pioneers of Israel’s tourism industry and founded Vered Travel and Tours in 1978. When Mushi joined the business in 1981, his father insisted that he begin at the bottom and learn the company from the inside out.
Mushi spent six years working as a junior operator before progressing through the organization. Along the way, he gained firsthand experience in inbound travel, outbound travel, ticketing, logistics, operations, special projects, and the detailed coordination necessary to move people successfully across countries and cultures.
That beginning matters. Mushi did not learn tourism exclusively from a boardroom. He learned it through the daily work of building itineraries, solving problems, coordinating countless details, and understanding what travelers and their professional advisors need from the people working behind the scenes.
He also developed considerable expertise serving Christian travelers, helping create faith-based journeys, seminars, pilgrimages, and special-interest programs shaped around the spiritual and cultural expectations of each group.
In 2001, Vered Travel joined forces with Sharon Tours to create Vered Hasharon Travel Group. The merger brought together two respected names in tourism and expanded a company philosophy built around personal service, professional execution, cultural respect, and long-term relationships.
Today, Vered Hasharon creates tailor-made journeys for individual travelers, groups, faith communities, organizations, businesses, and special-interest travelers.
