Jenni Koch is the founder and creative force behind Wild Hill Flowers & Events, a Kansas City-area floral design and event-planning company based in Spring Hill, Kansas.
After graduating from Kansas State University in 2006, Jenni spent several years working in an office environment without feeling that she had discovered the work she was meant to do. That began to change when she started arranging flowers for friends and family. What began unexpectedly revealed both a creative gift and a genuine passion. In 2014, she followed that instinct and created Wild Hill Flowers & Events.
Since then, Jenni and her team have designed flowers and environments for hundreds of weddings and special occasions. Their work is highly personalized, combining thoughtful collaboration with an instinctive understanding of color, scale, texture, and movement. Whether creating a single arrangement, an intimate tablescape, or a dramatic floral installation, Jenni begins by listening. She wants to understand the people, the setting, and the feeling the occasion should convey.
Jenni’s creativity is also grounded in country life. She lives on a small farm surrounded by horses, goats, a donkey, chickens, dogs, cats, and other animals she has welcomed through her passion for animal rescue. That connection to the natural world adds another dimension to her work. Her designs feel composed and intentional while retaining the organic character and beautiful imperfection found in nature.
